The international automaker's Toyota Motor Credit Corp. is almost doubling the size of its office in the Legacy business park.
Toyota Motor Credit now occupies more than 54,000 square feet of offices in the Legacy Town Center III office building at 6900 North Dallas Parkway.
The six-story office building is owned by California-based investor KBS.
The expanded location for Toyota Motor Credit is just east of the automaker's North American headquarters campus in Plano's $3 billion Legacy West development.
Alan Wood and Wade Clark of JLL negotiated the new Toyota credit lease with Dennis Barnes, Jackie Marshall and Alexandra Cullins of CBRE.
Law firm GoransonBain Ausley also recent extended its lease in the Legacy Town Center office complex.
"Legacy Town Center is situated in a unique and desirable location in Plano," Brett Merz, senior vice president for KBS and asset manager for the property, said in a statement. "We are eager to strengthen our relationship with GoransonBain Ausley and Toyota and hope they will continue to enjoy the numerous amenities that Legacy Town Center has to offer."
Along with its main headquarters campus and the Toyota credit office in Legacy Town Center, the automaker's tech-oriented Toyota Connected subsidiary has a large office in the nearby Legacy West Urban Village.
Toyota announced in 2014 that it planned to move much of its U.S. base from Southern California to West Plano. The Japan-based automaker now has more than 5,000 workers in North Texas.
